Vinicius is high-tech product and services executive based in Silicon Valley with over 15 years of multinational experience working for Fortune 100 companies. His experience includes the management of mid to large size business and multi-billion dollar operations. He has held leadership positions in sales, operations, product management and services.

 

Vinicius is currently the senior director of HP’s Device-as-a-Service business. He is charge of business development and adoption of solutions that encompass hardware, software, machine learning and analytics. At HP he has led several turnarounds while driving innovation and disrupting established business models.  

He is also a startup board member & advisor, helping founders and CEOs on people operations, product and go-to-market strategy. 

He is a lecturer and a recognized expert in “driving high-performance in business” and a sponsor of several initiatives to accelerate career development, diversity and inclusion.

As a passionate person for education, he seats at the board of Junior Achievement NorCal. In the summer time he can be seen in Tanzania building schools and bringing technology access to the local communities.

Vinicius has a B.S degree in industrial engineering and an MBA in business management.
